1. By calling EPL Helpline:

You can check the balance by calling EPL helpline. The helpline number of EBL is 16230. When you call the EBL helpline, you will be asked for certain information to verify that the card is yours. Such as may ask to know your date of birth, may ask to know your mother's name, may ask to know your mobile number or may ask to know the last four digits of your card, or may ask to know the validity of the card. You should tell this information correctly to the customer care. So before calling the call center keep your card with you so that you can provide all the information correctly. After giving all the information correctly the call center will ask what you want to know then you say I want to know my card balance. If you want to know the balance of the card, it will tell you in Taka and if you want to know it in USD, it will also tell you. Also, if you want to know any information related to your card, the customer care will tell you.

 

2. Through EBL Dia on Facebook (ebl dia facebook)

EBL Dia is an artificial intelligent system, go to Facebook and search by writing EBL Dia in the search option. Then you will see EBL Dear Facebook page coming up. EBL Dia Facebook is a verified page, you will see whether verified is written. Also you can see if there is ebldia written after facebook.com (facebook.com/ebldia).

 

👉Now you will see below send message click here to know balance. By clicking send message you write something like Hi, Hello.

👉Then you will see a message, there will be two words written here, Banking Information and General Service, since you will know the balance, you will click on Banking Information.

👉Then you will see the message written Terms and Conditions, click YES.

👉Then you will see a message that says Card Information, Account Information, and General Service. You will click Card Information.

👉Then you will be asked to give the mobile number that you gave to the bank while taking the card. You enter the mobile number and then click on enter.

👉Then 6 digit OTP or one time password will be sent to your mobile. Take that OTP from your mobile and paste it here, then click on enter.

👉Then you will see two options coming up Prepaid Card, Mobile Recharge. You will select Prepaid Card.

👉Now you will see Available Balance, Last five transaction these two options will come. You will click Available Balance.

👉Then you will see two options coming up BDT and USD. If you want to know your card balance in rupees, you will click on BDT and if you want to know in dollars, then you will click on USD.

👉Now you will see here how much your card balance is, here you will know your eco card balance through Facebook EBL Dia.

3. Through ATM booth.

First you need to insert the card in the ATM booth and then enter your pin code number. Now you will see balance inquiry then withdraw money along with some other options will come. You will click on the balance inquiry button and your balance will be shown on the screen and if you want a receipt of the balance then you can get the receipt through the ATM booth. But in the ATM booth which has the option to know the amount of dollars, you can know the amount of dollar balance in that ATM booth, you cannot know the amount of dollars in all ATM booths.

 

4. EBL Skybanking App

It is very easy to know your card or account balance by EBL Skybanking App. You can find the EBL Skybanking App in the Google Play Store and also can find in Apple App Store. First of all Install the app in your mobile then create an account with your EBL card and give a password for opening the account. After completion of account opening you go to account and card info then select your card, you can see your card balance. 

Caution:

Do not give your card pin number to anyone, even the 3-digit secret number on the back of the card, do not share it with anyone. And the bank will not ask you to know the 3-digit secret number and pin code on the back of the card, even if you call the call center, they will not ask you to know the pin number. Basically no one in the bank will want to know the pin number and you will not share the pin number with anyone.
